Springfield City Area transit administrative offices are located at 100 Jefferson Street
on the corner of South Center Street and West Jefferson Street (Across from the main Library).

Hours of operation are 6:40 a.m. – 5:40 p.m. Monday-Friday. Travel reservations may be made by calling 937-328-7228 and then option 1. Voicemail travel reservations will be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Route information can be obtained by phone, stopping by the SCAT office, or by speaking with our route operators.
